We are seeking a skilled Project Manager Consultant who is Bilingual in Chinese to oversee and manage various projects within our Technology department. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering project goals on time while ensuring high quality and within budget.

Description

• Manage and oversee multiple projects within the technology department.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
• Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met.
• Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, and manage expectations effectively.
• Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Profile

Bachelor's degree and above

- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, at least 2 years of experience in IT project management

- Proficient in project management and relevant tools, such as MS Office, Project and Visio

- Excellent communication skills

- Bilingual abilities in English and Chinese

- Knowledge and experience of banking regulatory authorities' requirements such as FFIEC, OCC etc.

• - Knowledge and experience of anti-money-laundering
