Microsoft Azure Administrator - ComResource : Job Details

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Azure Administrator to manage and maintain cloud infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring the performance, security, and reliability of cloud-based systems while assisting in implementing new Azure solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities -

Azure Infrastructure Management:

• Configure, monitor, and manage Azure services, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and networks.
• Optimize Azure resources for cost efficiency and performance.
• Implement and manage virtual networking, including VPNs, NSGs, and load balancers.

Security and Compliance:

• Implement security policies and access controls for Azure resources.
• Monitor and mitigate security threats using Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel, and related tools.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.

Backup and Disaster Recovery:

• Design and manage Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery solutions.
• Develop and test disaster recovery plans for critical systems.

Monitoring and Troubleshooting:

• Monitor resource utilization and performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure services.

Deployment and Automation:

• Use Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, PowerShell, or Bicep for automation.
• Collaborate with development teams to deploy and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.

Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cloud-based solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance on Azure-related issues.
• Address issues reported via problem management systems according to SLAs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Microsoft Azure Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, including VMs, storage, networking, and security.
• Experience with Azure AD, Azure Policy, and governance best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, CLI, or other relevant tools.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or higher certification.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud environments and integrations.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
