We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Azure Administrator to manage and maintain cloud infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring the performance, security, and reliability of cloud-based systems while assisting in implementing new Azure solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities -
Azure Infrastructure Management:
- Configure, monitor, and manage Azure services, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and networks.
- Optimize Azure resources for cost efficiency and performance.
- Implement and manage virtual networking, including VPNs, NSGs, and load balancers.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement security policies and access controls for Azure resources.
- Monitor and mitigate security threats using Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel, and related tools.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
Backup and Disaster Recovery:
- Design and manage Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery solutions.
- Develop and test disaster recovery plans for critical systems.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
- Monitor resource utilization and performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure services.
Deployment and Automation:
- Use Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, PowerShell, or Bicep for automation.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cloud-based solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance on Azure-related issues.
- Address issues reported via problem management systems according to SLAs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Azure Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services, including VMs, storage, networking, and security.
- Experience with Azure AD, Azure Policy, and governance best practices.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, CLI, or other relevant tools.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or higher certification.
- Familiarity with multi-cloud environments and integrations.
- Understanding of DevOps principles and experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
