Job Responsibilities

As a D365 CE Consultant at Nexer Enterprise Applications, you will:

• Active role in Dynamics CRM implementations across all project stages, from discovery to deployment:
• Act as the liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle, adeptly managing issues and risks to ensure timely and budget-friendly implementation that aligns with client needs.
• Participate in system architecture development as part of the Technical Team.
• Coordinate with other project developers and the Solution Architect to uphold design and coding best practices, even with remote teams.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with client subject matter experts and team.
• Develop and maintain documentation for projects.
• Accept ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to project.
• Consistently meet or beat project budgets and timelines.
• Establish high levels of client satisfaction.
• Assist clients with third-party application integrations.
• Provide training sessions and documentation to new users and clients.
• Demonstrate flexibility with task scheduling.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• The ability to manage internal and external resources with a small to medium-sized team implementing complex software solutions.
• High motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and strong business acumen.
• A desire to work in a technology consulting environment with a willingness to travel periodically as needed for the project.
• 1+ years' experience working with Dynamics CRM or CE driving complex projects
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, business, or related field preferred
