Job Description :
- Design end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business needs and align with industry best practices.
- Develop technical architecture documents, workflows, and data models.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical solutions.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and deployment of Dynamics CRM modules.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead and guide development teams during implementation phases.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Monitor system performance, resolve technical issues, and implement enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI is nice to have
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and relational databases (SQL).
- Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills as this is a client facing role
