**Job Description****Please Note this position supports our 2** **nd** **Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2** **nd** **Shift.**Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. Working in the Manual cell, using various liquid and sheet epoxies to lay the foundation of every micro-electronics module. On the TACAIR Microwave Factory on a variety of products including 56C and EPAWSS.**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**+ High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of manufacturing experience and/or equivalent experience+ Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods of time.**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**+ Experience with lamination presses, bladder bag ovens and sheet epoxies (mainly with the focus of attaching substrates to modules/housings). Familiar with working with a wide variety of adhesives and epoxy's.+ Able to work with a microscope for an entire shift.+ Familiar with MIL-STD-883**Pay Information**Full-Time Salary Range: $39820 - $63690Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
