We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mid-Level Associate to join our Merger and Acquisitions team. Key Responsibilities

• Research and Analysis: Conduct due diligence, market research, and financial analyses to evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions.
• Transaction Management: Assist in the planning and execution of transaction strategies, including deal structuring and negotiations.
• Documentation Preparation: Prepare legally sound and comprehensive documentation for deal closings, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Effectively coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to streamline processes and align objectives.
• Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks associated with transactions and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Qualifications

• Education: J.D
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, or corporate development.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information succinctly and persuasively.
• Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in managing sensitive and financial documentation.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and cross-functionally across the organization.
