Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Associate specializing in Private Equity and Finance to join their esteemed and expanding practice. In your role as a Mid-Level Associate in Private Equity and Finance, you will play a crucial part in overseeing private equity-sponsored leveraged acquisition finance transactions. You will be responsible for managing an assortment of credit facilities and all associated documentation. Your exceptional organizational skills will facilitate effective collaboration with partners on a range of client matters. Your significant contribution will be key to the expansion and evolution of our practice.
Manage private equity-sponsored leveraged acquisition finance transactions
Oversee credit facilities such as senior secured term loans, cash flow, and ABL revolving credit facilities
Administer first/second lien and subordinated mezzanine credit facilities
Handle all related commitment letters, engagement letters, term sheets, fee letters, and collateral documentation for such facilities
Work closely with partners on various client matters
Contribute significantly to the growth and development of the practice
The ideal candidate for the role of Mid-Level Associate in Private Equity and Finance brings extensive experience in private equity-sponsored leveraged acquisition finance transactions. With direct experience from an AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC, you have refined your analytical and writing skills. Your meticulous attention to detail is commendable, and your business judgment is reliable. You are capable of working both collaboratively and independently, demonstrating superior communication skills. Your research abilities and problem-solving skills distinguish you from others.
At least 3 years' experience in private equity-sponsored leveraged acquisition finance transactions
Direct experience within an AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC
Preference for private equity lender-side representation
Highly developed analytical and writing skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Sound business judgment
Outstanding organizational skills
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Proven oral and written communication skills
