- Mid-Level Scrum Master will be scheduling and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (i.e., daily standup, sprint planning, sprint demo, sprint retrospective and backlog refinement)
- Assist the team in identifying, tracking and resolving impediments and dependencies.
- Work with PO and team members to adhere to DOR and DOD
- Capture and present metrics to team and leadership.
- Coach the team in agile principles and becoming a high performing and self-organizing team.
- Share metrics on team health and technical performance (i.e., defect ratios, time to market, etc.)
- As a Mid-Level Scrum Master, you will create the program board and assist the teams in organizing work in sprints.
- A master organizer who drives/tracks accountability, updates Rally with user stories and ensure they are at the right level of detail, and will also conduct PI discovery, planning and retro sessions.
Required Skills : * Three to five years of experience with Agile Frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) * Three or more years of experience leading Agile transformation * Agile expertise with the ability to level set on best practices and pivot across teams to best meet the needs * Strong Collaboration and Change Management experience * Strong Facilitation, organizational, planning, and analytical skills * Courage of conviction and open to critical feedback * Excellent listening capabilities Rank :B1 Requested Date :2024-04-05
