- Client's is seeking a skilled Mid/Senior Level Associate with 4+ years of experience to join their ERISA and Executive Compensation practice.
- The role involves advising public and private companies on tax and securities law issues related to equity-based compensation and incentive plans.
- The candidate will work both collaboratively in teams and manage transaction components independently.
- Experience with ERISA, employee benefits, or general employment law matters is a plus but not mandatory.
- Advise clients on tax and securities law issues related to equity-based and other incentive compensation plans.
- Represent public and private companies in compensation-related transactions.
- Manage aspects of transactions independently while working in teams.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes affecting executive compensation.
- 4+ years of experience in executive compensation, with specific knowledge of tax and securities laws.
- Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to independently manage transaction components.
- Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant bar admission preferred.
