Calling All Middle School Special Education Teachers!!!Join a dynamic team in supporting students with diverse learning needs. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), delivering targeted instruction, and fostering an inclusive learning environment. You will work with middle school students in both resource and self-contained classroom settings, providing individualized and small-group instruction across various content areas.As a key member of the educational team, you will collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and families to ensure students with disabilities receive the support they need to succeed academically and socially. You will also regularly assess student progress, modify instructional approaches, and participate in IEP meetings to adapt goals as needed.Position Highlights:
- Maintain clear and open communication with parents, caregivers, and support staff.
- Craft and facilitate practice IEPs tailored to meet each student's specific learning goals.
- Work with classroom teachers to support students' inclusion in general education classes.
- Implement behavior management strategies to foster a structured and positive learning environment.
- Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to data-driven decisions regarding student goals and services.
- Continuously assess student progress, modifying instructional strategies to ensure ongoing growth and success.
- Provide differentiated instruction in individual and small-group settings to address students' unique needs in core subject areas.
