Staff are generally scheduled for 3 to 8 hours per week, typically between the end of the school day and for about two hours each day. Longer hours will be required on meet days, including a district meet at the season's end.THPRD is hiring for multiple part-time variable positions, hours may vary and are based on program need. Part-time variable (PT) employees work an average of less than 20 hours per week and may work less than 1,560 hours on an annual basis. - Instructor I: No teaching experience required, must love working with people of all ages and abilities; be able to work inside and outside; and be at least 16 years of age. Pay Rate Range: $17.90 - $19.00 Hourly
- Instructor II: Must have at least 1 year of experience in leading and instructing general classes and be at least 16 years of age. Pay Rate Range: $19.51 - $21.98 Hourly
- Instructor III: Must have over 1 year of experience and specialized training in the assigned program area; and be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license. Pay Rate Range: $21.53 - $24.24 Hourly
