MIG Welders - 2nd & 3rd Shift FULL-TIME $19.20/hrMIG Welders will be responsible for assembling product, welding, cosmetic grinding, blueprint reading.Starting wage can vary based on experience-level.- Inspect Materials: Examine products, objects, or materials for quality and accuracy.- Analyze Data: Interpret and evaluate information or data effectively.- Perform Basic Math: Conduct simple counting, addition, and subtraction tasks.- Follow Instructions: Understand and adhere to basic instructions, safety rules, and office memoranda.All employees must work safely, produce high-quality products, meet output goals, and have a good attendance record.Employees are expected to follow safety and general plant rules at all times. Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen (cannabis excluded)
• Must pass background check
• Can lift 50 lbs
• Must be at least 17+ years old

Experience with MIG welding Strong Mechanical Aptitude Collaborate well in team activities. Meet tight deadlines and handle urgent tasks. Maintain focus despite distractions. Pay attention to detail in dynamic situations. Take responsibility for equipment and work quality. Work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable and predictable attendance. Ability to stand for a full 8-hour shift. Proficiency in reading blueprints. Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic shop math. Skills in welding and grinding. Competence in using hoists and lift tables.
