DescriptionSynertex's Skill-Bridge program is designed for candidates with Recruiting experience and/or knowledge.Our program is 100% remote from VA, MD, TX, NC, TN, WA, OK, KY, FL.Skill-Bridge is an excellent opportunity as you plan for your life after the military.We are seeking a Recruiter (U.S. Citizen) to be a part of our Staffing Team responsible for building and executing sourcing strategies designed to attract top talent for opportunities and works closely with our HR Team, Business Partners, and contract Program Managers. Job Responsibilities:
- Implements strategic sourcing plans including industry research, competitiveintelligence, cold calling/networking and social and email campaigns to build arobust and diverse pipeline.
- Sources and identifies qualified candidates through primary (phone) andsecondary (Text, Email) mediums as well as research (internet, job boards,conference lists).
- Manages and post positions on job sites.
- Monitors application flow via applicant tracking system.
- Delivers a world class candidate experience through representing Synertex'sValue Proposition in all touchpoints and correspondence.
- Screening & Candidate Management.
- Prescreens resumes to select candidates for consideration.
- Completes Pre-screens of candidates using intake information and ensurescandidates know details of the job (i.e. shift, salary) to eliminate potentialinefficiencies in the process.
- Assesses qualifications and fit in alignment with role requirements.
Any rank, enlisted or officer, may apply for Skill-Bridge. Skill-Bridge permits you to use up to the last 180 days of Service to train and learn with an industry partner. During Skill-Bridge participation you continue to receive military compensation and you are covered by your military benefits. Release for Skill-Bridge is always mission-dependent and your unit Commander must authorize participation prior to entering into any agreement with interested industry employment partners.RequirementsRequirements:Must be a current separating or soon to be separating active duty military service member.You may be eligible to participate in this Skill-Bridge opportunity if you:
- Have 180 days of service or fewer remaining prior to your date of discharge and you have at least 180 continuous days of active service.
- Obtain approval from your unit commander, and
- Agree that participation in Skill-Bridge can be terminated at any time by the Service if mission requirements dictate.
- Must live in one of the following states: VA, MD, TX, NC, TN, WA, OK, KY, FL.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Recruiting: Minimum 3 years.
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the Intelligence Community and associated clearance levels.
- Knowledge of Information Technologies.
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
