Mill Machinist 1st Shift - AeroCision : Job Details

4 Day Work Week Set up and operate CNC milling machines (3, 4 and 5 axis)Verify tool lengths (including: setting of tool geometries and offsets)Set up and change fixtures, clamp fixtures and clamps as requiredLoad and unload of fixtures using overhead cranes, slings, chains etc.Adjustment of offsetsProduce conforming first piece products to process drawing and quality specificationsAchieve specified quality standardsReport any issues or problems to Supervision immediatelyWork within the designated workgroup to plan, prioritize and perform work to satisfy customer and company needsCarry out daily TPM activities as requiredExecute a 'Zero Defects' & 'Right First time' culture.Propose Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvements to management.Provide Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) support.Ensure parts are handled and protected in a suitable manner to prevent damage during operations and movement.Comply with any other guidelines as defined in the Employee Handbook.Comply with company housekeeping standards.Adhere to company EH&S Policies.To perform other such duties as generally correspond to the nature of the position and its level of responsibility.
