Instructs and assists sackers and loaders with daily production requirements. Ensures all required shift paperwork is submitted to the Production Supervisor.Shift Scheduled: 3rd shift - 11pm to 7amPrincipal Duties & Responsibilities* Understands and explains the operation of process equipment.* Manages the logistics of finished and intermediate products.* Ensures material is processed according to operation procedures and specifications.* Responsible for maintaining compliance with the Huber Sustainability Management Standard requirements within their sphere of influence. This may or may not include compliance with any air permits, wastewater permits, storm water permits, or other rules as presented to the employee as requirements.* Responsible for bringing all EH&S incidents or concerns to management for resolution.Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills* Minimum high school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience* Ability to ascend and descend stairs and ladders in a safe manner.* Must be able to interpret and complete the daily shift instructions.* Must be able to deliver instructions to functional personnel from notes, orders, etc.* Must be able to read, comprehend and follow Safety and ISO standards, etc.* Must complete company sponsored training in Basic SPC and Problem Solving* Must have the following math skills (percentages / fractions / rates of change / etc)* Complete forklift-training requirements* Complete skids steer training requirements* Complete front-end loader training requirements* Complete First-Aid Training* Must possess good written and verbal communication skills with employees at all levels.* Must have basic knowledge of software applications (MS Office / etc)* Valid Driver's License Required* Prior experience processing industrial minerals is preferred.Total RewardsJ.M.
