    Essential Job Functions:

    • 1. Performs technical tasks using the following types of equipment (including but not limited to): table saw, compound miter chop saw, surface jointer, surface planer, edge banding machine, line boring jig machine, handheld router, router table, pneumatic nail guns, and Air HVLP spray guns.
    • 2. Fabricate and install cabinetry, countertops, and additional finish work.
    • 3. Performs carpentry finishing tasks, including wood/metal, cabinet fabrication, Corian fabrication, staining, refinishing, and laminate fabrication.
    • 4. Operates and maintains tools and equipment, including but not limited to drills, saws, nail guns, and hammers.
    • 5. Responsible for executing tasks involving physical labor, as needed.
    • 6. Travels to different work sites to complete required tasks and projects. Projects may require a response to 24/7 emergency coverage.
    • 7. Maintains a clean job site to eliminate possible hazards.
    • 8. Ensures proper safety rules, regulations, and incident reporting are followed.
    • 9. Organizes building material; loads and unloads trucks.
    • 10. Read instructions, specifications, and plans to determine work activities.
    • 11. Assist other workers on construction and preconstruction assignments.
    • 12. Responsible for working safely and adhering to all aspects of our Health, Safety, and Environmental Program for self-protection and protection of co-workers, sub-contractors, the public, and customer representatives.
    • 13. Other duties as assigned.
  • Additional Job Description

    1. Knowledge and general trade experience preferred in the major trades: cabinet manufacturing, finishing skills for doors, windows, and cabinetry.2. Possesses tools required to perform job functions.3. Organized and dependable team player with solid communication skills.4. Professional and results-driven.5. Friendly and positive attitude towards change.6. Able to identify a need, remove the barriers, and the know how to make things happen.7. Values diversity of ideas, opinions, and people. Has common sense and applied logic.8. High school diploma or equivalent.9. Must possess (or be able to obtain) an appropriate state driver's license before employment, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
