**Job Summary:**We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. The Millwright will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and dismantling machinery and equipment in industrial settings. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, precision, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.**Qualifications:**- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school certification or apprenticeship preferred.- Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar role.Minimum 5 yrs experience in craft- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.**Responsibilities:**- Install, assemble, and align machinery and equipment according to specifications.- Maintain and repair machinery to ensure optimal performance.- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues.- Dismantle machinery and equipment for repair or transportation.- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating parts, cleaning, and adjusting equipment.- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.**Skills:**- Strong mechanical skills and knowledge.- Excellent attention to detail.- Ability to work well independently and in a team.- Good communication skills.- Problem-solving abilities.-Excellent attendance requiredMust pass drug test/ physical / Everify Background checkJourneyman rate with minimum 5 years verifiable experience is 30.00 hr and 100.00 a day per diem if at least 50 miles from home.
