Coeur Mining is a U.S.-based, well-diversified, growing, precious metals producer with four wholly-owned operations: the Palmarejo gold-silver complex in Mexico, the Rochester silver-gold mine in Nevada, the Kensington gold mine in Alaska and the Wharf gold minein South Dakota. About the Job:

Reporting to the Mine Shift Supervisor, the Fleet Management Dispatcher will play a vital role in ensuring safety and efficiency by monitoring and coordinating the movement of personnel and equipment while actively participating in safety meetings and emergency preparedness. Your responsibilities include maintaining the integrity of the fleet management system, generating reports, and managing real-time communications, all within a team environment focused on the future of digital mining.

Responsibilities:

* Attend and contribute to the safety meetings by identifying safety issues, recommend and actively contributing to resolve these issues on site

* Maintain knowledge of Mine Emergency procedures and be prepared to follow them in the event of an emergency at the mine and during regular emergency exercises

* Monitor and enter into fleet management system, the following activities:

* Assignment of equipment

* Recording and tracking movements of all personnel

* (high/low grade, windrow, and waste) by loaders and trucks (location and destination)

* All equipment downtime and the nature of that downtime

* All development drill holes and bolts and their location

* All development/production rounds fired and their location

* All production drill and their location

* The status of each active location as it changes

* Maintain integrity of database

* Ensure any errors are corrected

* Run and distribute daily reports each day. Produce other reports as required

* The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive

* Monitor radio communications via the console

* Broadcast alerts as needed

* Monitor weather alerts/warnings

Required Qualifications & Skills:

* Experience with computers and phones are required

* Previous experience with a dispatch system preferred

* General knowledge of software applications like Excel, Word and Outlook are preferred

* Must be able to multi-task, and handle high radio, phone, and foot traffic

* Must be able to communicate well

* Must be able to handle being in an office for the entirety of the shift

* Must be a team player

* Proven safety record required

* Excellent attendance record required

* Demonstrated ability to be self-directed, team-oriented and work with minimum supervision preferred

* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management required

* Highly motivated and action-oriented preferred

Additional Information:

* Hourly Rate Range: $36.65 - $42.12 (DOE)

* Rotating Shifts: 5 On, 4 Off / 4 On, 5 Off (12-hour shifts)

* Quarterly bonus up to $4,100 (up to $16,400 annually)

* Full benefits on day 1 (medical, vision, dental, employee assistance program, Teladoc service)

* 6% dollar-for-dollar employer match to 401k or Roth, immediate vesting

* Bus service from Lovelock and Winnemucca

* Travel pay for those outside of bussing service
