Description
- Manage single large/complex projects or multiple projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution, including preconstruction activities, procurement, scheduling, and site logistics planning.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate activities to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
- Lead the development of Project Execution Plans to guide project implementation and success.
- Act as the primary client contact, managing client expectations, maintaining consistent performance, and fostering strong relationships.
- Generate business opportunities through networking, marketing, and relationship-building efforts.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Assume Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility for assigned projects/clients, ensuring profitability and financial performance.
- Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and customers by telephone and personal contact.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 10 or more years of experience in construction management and project leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of construction management principles, practices, and methodologies
- Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
- Valid driver's license and liability insurance.
