Our client, a leading facility maintenance provider, is seeking a Mobile Building Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile Building Engineer , you will be part of the Facilities Management department supporting various locations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Mobile Building Engineer Location: Spokane, WAWhat's the Job?
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
  • Travel between multiple facilities to ensure their proper function and maintenance.
  • Maintain responsibility for facility services, including preventative maintenance and inventory control.
  • Conduct inspections, calibrations, and part replacements to optimize HVAC systems and associated equipment.
  • Monitor the quality and pricing of maintenance work performed by outside contractors and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
What's Needed?
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • EPA 608 Type II Certification.
  • Valid driver's license and working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
