Our leadership team is an exceptional group of Government contracting professionals. gTANGIBLE is in the process of identifying candidates for the following position.Requisition Type: Non-Contingent (Open) Position Status: Full Time Position Title: Mobility Inventory and Accountability System Support Location: Shaw AFB, SC Security Clearance Level: SecretDuties and Responsibilities Duties include the following:
  • Assist management with the Individual Protective Equipment (IPE) and Mobility Inventory and Accountability System (MICAS).
  • Provide expertise on management of chemical warfare defense (CWDE) gear (Cbags), Abag, and BBag program.
  • Provide 9AF AFCENT/A4RS with expertise on IPE and MICAS or future equivalents and resolvelogistics and supply problems if required.
  • Use/update/verify MICAS data to keep accountability of all IPE assets within the USCENTCOMAOR.
  • Provide asset/funds requirements for all IPE assets within the USCENTCOM AOR. Coordinate shipping of IPE assets with the applicable commands or agencies.
  • Provide expertise for management of Individual Body Armor (IBA).
  • Review inventory listings to ensure accountability of IBA.
  • Assist with representing 9AF AFCENT at mobility conferences and provide MICAS training/overview as directed by A4R leadership.
  • Responsible for accounting of IPE and IBA during the realignment of forces in the AOR.
  • Assist with posturing resources against programs to plan, present and execute budgets, to analyze budget impacts on programs and to forecast longterm requirements. Present the conclusions either in written form or by briefing to 9AF AFCENT/A4.
Knowledge and Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years of MICAS experience.
  • Experience with distribution facilities and storage management functions and techniques.
  • Minimum of two years' experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
