Overview: Our Mold Changers areresponsible for the efficient installation and removal of molds, storage ofmolds, and other equipment required for production. Responsibilities:

• Ability to communicate issues and improvements, so we can grow as a team
• Self-motivated and driven
• Attendance is key!
• Understand functions of injection molding machine as it pertains to tooling
• Understand the function of tooling
• Use safe handling practices
• Use an overhead crane
• Basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge
• Installing proper nozzle/Y block adaptors
• Diagnostics
• Repair of Heating and cooling equipment
• Installation of the EOAT and proper robot programs
• Identifying and hooking up materials for testing or production
• Use of tools and equipment associated with Injection Molding
• Forklift and pull behind mold mover

Qualifications:

• 18 years old, or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
• Self-Motivated and Driven
