Mold Maintenance Technician - Sealed Air Corporation : Job Details

Clean, ice blast and grease all molds and mold components (follow Work Instructions for some molds) - Clean excess grease from injection molding presses (tie bars, rails, etc.) - Clean excess parts from injection molding presses (frame, rails, conveyors, etc.) - Disassemble/assemble molds from sets, clean, organize and store - Press and auxiliary equipment cleaning (press platen, additive feeders, etc.) - Monthly carrier cleaning and greasing maintenance - Perform weekly safety inspections on the tool room overhead cranes - Perform monthly safety audits on the tool room flammable cabinets - Follow and enhance 5 S Sort, Shine, Set in Order, Standardize, Sustain - Perform small machining tasks - And other responsibilities and projects as assigned Qualifications Education: High School Diploma. Preferred 2-year degree in Mold Tech.
