• Use diamond finishing tools and microscopes to shape mold materials according to detailed engineering specifications.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble molds, ensuring every component meets exacting standards.
• Perform precise hand-fitting of critical mold areas.
• Collaborate with the Production/Operations Manager to ensure daily goals and quality benchmarks are achieved.
• Follow safety protocols and quality procedures rigorously, making each project a success.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in mold or tool polishing, with proficiency in using diamond finishing tools and microscopes.
• Technical Skills: Ability to interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances. Knowledge of tool steel requirements and CAD/CAM is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Strong precision and hand-finishing skills.
• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to work well with team members.
