Mold Repair Technician - Berry Global : Job Details

Responsibilities include performing a wide variety of tasks associated with mold repair and maintenance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities. Work in a neat and orderly manner. Repair molds in accordance with Tool Shop procedures. Work with more advanced associates to accomplish repairs. Work with a variety of associates to accomplish organized objectives. Tear down and assemble molds. Change core inserts & orifice sizes. Troubleshoot mold problems. Use precision tools and perform bench work. Understanding workings of molds. Clean Shop as needed. Be able to lead a repair operation and keep it moving toward completion. Analyze parts and plan repair procedures. Detect possible future problems or existing problems during the course of preventive maintenance. Follow applicable Food Safety and cGMP policies Qualifications Minimum Qualifications.
