Mold Setter - Illinois Tool Works : Job Details

Assist Technicians with mold changeovers, determining part defect, root cause and implementing appropriate corrective action. - Set-up and operate molding machinery and support equipment. - Material handling duties for Molding area; delivering raw material, removing finished goods and recording material movement in ERP system. - Assist with scheduled preventative maintenance functions. - Work closely with setup technicians and operators to ensure proper operation of equipment. - Compliant with OSHA regulations. - Ensure good housekeeping. - Knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety - Good Manufacturing Practices Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience. - Must possess good communication/interpretation skills, good visual skills for accessing functionality of equipment, above basic mathematical skills, above minimum computer skill set, and reasoning ability. - Must possess mechanical aptitude and ability to adapt and learn.
