Ensures the production objective of safety of all employees, quality of the product and maximum operating efficiency by the utilization of knowledge, training and Production Department resources and communications. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for troubleshooting molding process-making adjustments to the machine, auxiliary equipment, to produce quality parts Responsible for troubleshooting machines - making sure machines are functioning properly to produce quality parts Responsible for troubleshooting auxiliary equipment - making sure all equipment is functioning properly to produce quality parts. Answer alarms on machines Responsible for mold set up and removal. Responsible for mold and machine maintenance. Responsible for mixing material Responsible for making sure machine hoppers are full of material. Input and extract information from a computer.
