As Molding Operator I, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Operates curing ovens as well as manual and automatic hydraulic heating and cooling molding equipment. Monitors molding temperature and pressure. Verifies platen/mold temperature per specifications. Selects, assembles, molds, disassembles, operates and cleans mold parts. Reads and deciphers the Phenolic Core molding Characteristics chart. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3 M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Possess a High School Diploma/ GED or higher (completed prior to start)Interested and available to work first shift (6 AM 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday), overtime, and/or short notice shift coverage as needed.
