We are seeking a Monitor Technician for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? Job Summary and Qualifications1. Interprets Rhythms and Arrhythmias.
2. Maintains Telemetry Supplies.
3. Maintains patient record according to hospital policy.
4. Communicates effectively with staff, supervisors, ancillary department and other customers.
5. Maintains a neat and organized work place.
6. Acquires and maintains correct knowledge in hospital/unit information.
7. Operates computer systems as necessary.
What qualifications you will need:EDUCATION:
Required: High school graduate or GED Equivalent required.
Preferred: Completion of basic EKG/Arrhythmia course and successful completion of Monitor Tech examination.
EXPERIENCE:
Required: Working knowledge of basic rhythms and arrhythmias.
Preferred: Previous experience as CMT/Cardiac Tech or Monitor Tech
