Position: Full-Time Montessori Teacher (Ages 2-5)

We are seeking a certified Montessori teacher who can create a nurturing and stimulating classroom that meets every child's developmental needs.

Responsibilities:

• Observe, guide, supervise, and assess children in a prepared classroom environment.
• Develop lesson plans, independent learning exercises, curricula, and methods tailored to individual children's needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom where every child feels valued.
• Build trusting relationships with students and set a positive example by instilling values such as honesty, accountability, respect, and kindness.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing written reports as needed.
• Ensure classroom supplies and equipment are available and functioning.
• Participate in school activities and accompany students on field trips.

Qualifications:

• Montessori certification from an accredited center.
• Ability to teach groups of children of varying ages, needs, and abilities.
• Patience and strong observational, communication, and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and treat everyone with love and respect.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• A lifelong learner who serves as an inspirational role model for children.
