Morning Shift Leader - Dunkin' : Job Details

Description This position is a morning shift, which will be 6 to 8 hours and will be during the hours of 4am - 3pm. The Shift Leader will be responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. Requirements

• Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
• Meet safety and sanitation standards
• Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations
• Works well in a team environment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Basic knowledge of Food Safety, Serve Safe certification a plus
• 1 yr. minimum working at Dunkin' Donuts required
