Description This position is a morning shift, which will be 6 to 8 hours and will be during the hours of 4am - 3pm. The Shift Leader will be responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. Requirements
- Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
- Meet safety and sanitation standards
- Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations
- Works well in a team environment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Basic knowledge of Food Safety, Serve Safe certification a plus
- 1 yr. minimum working at Dunkin' Donuts required
