Qualifications:

• PCA or CNA Certification
• CPR Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Empathy and responsibility
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client requirements

Responsibilities:

• Provide non-medical support, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
