Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Westbury, NY for a Mortgage Closer at Lynx Mortgage Bank LLC. The Mortgage Closer will be responsible for coordinating and reviewing all loan closing documents, verifying accuracy and completeness, and ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met. They will collaborate with various stakeholders including lenders, attorneys, and borrowers to ensure a smooth closing process.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Mortgage Closer or in a similar role
• Thorough understanding of mortgage loan closing processes and regulatory requirements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in mortgage loan software and systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required, additional certifications in mortgage banking are a plus
