Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Loan Officer licensed through the NMLS (Nationwide Multistate Licensing System) to join our team in Washington State. You will guide clients through the mortgage process, offering expert advice, exceptional service, and tailored loan solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, an ability to analyze financial information, and a focus on creating a seamless experience for homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate partners.Key Responsibilities: • Assist clients with mortgage loan applications, from prequalification to closing. • Analyze credit, income, and financial documentation to recommend loan products. • Educate clients on loan options, rates, terms, and the mortgage process. • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, including NMLS requirements. • Build and nurture relationships with clients, realtors, and industry professionals. • Provide regular updates to clients and partners throughout the loan process. • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.Qualifications: • Active NMLS license and WA state licensing required. • 2+ years of experience in mortgage lending or financial services preferred. • In-depth knowledge of loan products (conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, etc.). • Familiarity with loan origination software and industry tools. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
