Motor Coach and School Bus driver - Ottertail & Minn-Dakota Coaches : Job Details

*Job Overview*We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Motor Coach driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to various destinations while ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain the motor coach in optimal condition.*Duties** Operate motor coaches and other vehicles, in a safe and efficient manner.* Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers at designated locations.* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and mechanical integrity.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the motor coach interior.* Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing any inquiries or concerns during transit.* Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations while driving.* Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger counts.* Communicate effectively in English with passengers and team members.*Qualifications** Previous driver, or motor coach operator is preferred.* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus.* Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance tasks on vehicles is advantageous.* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with passengers of all ages.* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.* Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.Join our team as a Motor Coach or School Bus driver where you can make a difference in the lives of our passengers while enjoying a rewarding career!Job Type: Part-timePay: From $22.00 per hourBenefits:* Retirement planSchedule:* Day shift* Evening shift* Every weekend* Monday to Friday* Morning shift* Night shiftWork Location: In person
