Weekly Pay Range - $2491 To $2767 Job Title: MRI Technologist or Technician Job Specialty: MRI Job Duration: 12 months Shift: 9.5 hours, 07:00-17:00 Day (Tuesday-Friday 7:30a-6p, Occasional Saturdays 7:30a-4p) Guaranteed Hours: 38 hours per week Experience: Minimum 1 year, 2 years preferred License: NYS DOH Radiologic Technologist License R.T. (R) (MR) (ARRT) Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Grey scrubs Job Description: - Perform MRI procedures following established protocols.- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.- Document patient care services by charting in-patient and department records.- Adhere to policies and procedures related to MRI safety, and radiation protection.- Collaborate effectively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.- Provide quality patient care, demonstrating compassion and professionalism.- Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks when required.- Participate in continuing education and training to stay current in the field.- Ensure the proper functioning of MRI equipment and report any malfunctions timely.Please note that days and hours of work may vary according to departmental needs.
