Team Profile
The Data & Analytics team works closely with MSIM's distribution & investment teams as well as related control and support departments to enhance, streamline and govern the flow of information as part of our ongoing relationships with our clients and our management of client assets. This is a critical activity to enable scalable growth of our business.

To be successful in the role, the candidate will be required to collaborate with and actively influence Sales, Marketing, Investment teams, Risk, Operations & Technology. The candidate will play a key role in building out analytics & AI based products that drive scalability and additional insights in the organization reporting to the Head of Data, Analytics & Digital Platform Strategy.

Based in New York, the Head of Data, Analytics & Digital platform strategy is looking for a resourceful, highly motivated & technical product manager who is a strong cross functional influencer and change driver with a passion for pushing the envelope in analytics driven enhanced decision making and streamlined operations for a large global asset management business.

Wage Transparency Statement
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $175,000 - $300,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
