We look forward to meeting you.The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all requirements of drawings and procedures are met in processing metals (shipboard, shop or Foundry). The individual will perform required Dimensional Inspections. The person will be responsible for performing Non-Destructive Testing (MT/PT); ensuring other required Non-Destructive tests are performed (UT/RT); ensuring the proper documentation of repairs and NDT; assisting with Quality Improvement activities.Must HaveHigh School diploma or equivalent.Candidates must be able to work at extreme heights or small confined spaces.Must be able to kneel, squat, crawl, bend, stoop, and climb.Must be able to lift 40 lbs and must take and pass a respirator fit test.Must be able to work indoors/outdoors year round in all weather conditions.Must be able to work assigned shift as production needs.Must be able to perform overhead work.Must be able to pass Physical Agility Test.Nice to HaveTechnical experience and/or education is preferred. Upper level math skills, including Algebra 2 and higher are a plus.
