[email protected] Position Dates: August 25, 2025 Days/FTE: 185 days; 1.0 FTE Banded/Graded: C-5-2 Responsible To: Personalized Learning CoordinatorQualifications: Valid State of Minnesota License in Education Job Summary: Under the general direction of the Assistant Superintendent and Executive Director of Teaching and Learning or designee and the Executive Director of Equity and Inclusion, the Multi-Tiered System of Support Specialist will be responsible for organizing and developing the following domains: Tier II supports for students at all levels for attendance monitoring and attendance interventions, behavioral interventions and monitoring, academic interventions and I Team processes. In collaboration, the MTSS Specialist will offer support to I teams and school teams with professional development around these areas. Major Job Functions; Specific Tasks/Required Knowledge, Ability and Skills: see attachment Salary: Salary Range: $52,851 - $104,522 for a 185 day contract @ a 1.0 FTE (Salary will be prorated based on contract days in assignment and fte, education and experience) Salary and benefits pursuant to the Chaska Education Association (CEA) Collective Bargaining Agreement. (2025-2027 contract currently under negotiation) Compensation and Yearly Duration of Employment: Compensation will be determined by District 112 and the Chaska Education Association (CEA).
