Location: Greenville, TX Plant – Right where the action happens!

Shift: 12-hour night shift – The night crew that keeps everything moving!

The Opportunity:

Step into a dynamic role as our Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, where you'll be the go-to expert for keeping our Greenville plant in prime shape. You'll be maintaining, installing, troubleshooting, and tweaking all kinds of manufacturing equipment, from state-of-the-art machines to essential building systems. Your work will touch nearly every corner of our operations, supporting the entire manufacturing team and ensuring everything is running like a well-oiled machine!

What You'll Do to Make an Impact:

  • Master the mechanics of AC 3-phase and single-phase motors, motor controls, and conveyors – you'll keep them all humming smoothly!
  • Show off your PLC and relay logic control skills on various manufacturing equipment.
  • Tackle everything from HVAC systems to pumps, compressors, and pneumatic systems.
  • Dive into mechanical repairs and maintenance for all things facility-related, including plumbing, compressed air, and humidification.
  • Get hands-on with tools like grinders and drill presses to repair or create custom machine parts and fixtures.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment with precision tools like voltmeters, amprobes, and meggers.
  • Roll up your sleeves to work with 480 VAC, 3-phase systems, along with a mix of other voltages.
  • Operate scissor lifts and forklifts – because maintenance work is a whole-body experience here!
  • Install, repair, and troubleshoot all kinds of electrical systems for industrial machinery.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Solid knowledge of AC/DC motors and a working understanding of electrical and mechanical safety.
  • Basic computer skills to keep maintenance records and support documentation needs.
  • A knack for safe use of hand and power tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work on-call when needed.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to other plants as needed.
