Multi Family Superintendent - CyberCoders : Job Details

Position Overview: The Multi-Family Superintendent is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of all multi-family construction projects. The Superintendent will work closely with the project team to manage all aspects of the construction process, from pre-construction topost-construction.Key Responsibilities: The Multi-Family Superintendent is responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinating and scheduling the work of subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensuring that all safety standards are met and followed
• Monitoring and supervising the progress of the construction work
• Interacting with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Resolving any conflicts and issues that may arise during the construction process
• Providing updates to the project team on the progress of the construction work
• Preparing and submitting reports on the status of the project

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, the Multi-Family Superintendent must possess the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in multi-family construction (apartments, condos, etc)
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and subcontractor management
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
