Come be a part of something truly special!Duties:•Create and manage engaging audio/visual presentations throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-production to post-production, with a focus on storytelling and visual impact. •Organize and handle raw and edited video files efficiently, ensuring seamless system management and easy access for team collaboration. •Capture and integrate high-quality audio recordings and photographs to enhance video projects, elevating the overall production value. •Provide technical support for the capture, editing, and presentation of external and internal programs, educational videos, and events, ensuring smooth execution. •Operate and maintain professional audio and video recording equipment, including lighting setups, to meet project specifications and enhance visual quality. •Assist in the creative direction of video and audio content, incorporating innovative animations and visual effects to enrich storytelling while ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and confidentiality policies. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results, fostering a supportive and creative work environment. •Maintain visual representation and media content brand consistency across all projects to reinforce organizational identity. •Utilize Adobe Premiere & Creative Suite, and various desktop publishing tools to create visually stunning and professional final outputs. •Willingness to work on multiple projects and perform duties beyond normal expectations upon request. •Demonstrate professionalism in all communications and interactions, building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders. •Perform additional duties as assigned by management, contributing to a dynamic and flexible work environment. •Respect and adhere to established protocols and SOPs as discussed by management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
