Diamond Select, Inc is excited to partner with a strong Burger King franchise to source and hire an additional District Manager / Area Coach for their Team in their Virginia market. Apply today! An Area Coach / District Manager is an energetic restaurant operations leader capable of leading Restaurant Managers toward restaurant operations excellence. Each Area Coach is responsible for 5-8 restaurants. As an Area Coach, you will have the responsibility of overseeing the people, processes, and operations to drive excellence in day-to-day operations in your assigned stores. This person must have proven experience to turn around low-performing restaurants. You will be responsible for the hiring, training, and motivating of Restaurant Managers, Shift Managers, and Restaurant Teams. You will directly support Restaurant Managers, plan and set goals while focusing on in-store problem-solving and process improvement while holding Restaurant Managers accountable to brand standards. Area Coaches are organized, open-minded, self-starters, creative, and with extroverted personalities that give direction well and have a track record of consistently exceeding the guest's expectations. They demonstrate a growth mindset that can seize every new opportunity to get the job done more effectively and efficiently. Area Coaches must be high-processing thinkers and problem solvers. Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing multiple General Managers to meet restaurant standards and targets
  • Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
  • Basic business math and accounting skills
  • Can make strong analytical decisions
  • Proficient computer literacy
  • College or University Degree Preferred
  • Three to five years of successful high-sales volume
  • Operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry
  • Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching, and development of managerial employees
  • Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction
  • Operates with integrity and confidentiality
