Client Details

My client is a leading real estate management and development firm based out of Pennsylvania. They operate in over 16 states specializing in townhome projects, They have a 3 year long upcoming project in Maine with a strong backlog of work after.

Description

  • Be Responsible for general supporting contract, subcontract documents, drawings and specifications under direction from the Superintendents
  • Check and verify subcontractor layout to ensure compliance with established control, line and grade.
  • Monitor production and record rates in logbook to be used for future scheduling.
  • Maintain a set of production documents and update daily so an accurate picture of work in place is consistently maintained.
  • Report any and all field conditions and issues to the Superintendent.
  • Monitor job progress on-site, checking all work to ensure compliance with contract documents and the Quality Control Program.
  • Work with and coach field engineers on the project to facilitate their skills development.

Profile

  • Experience in Multifamily or Residential Projects up to $20M
  • Self motivated, able to work independently as well as alongside a team
  • Ability to strategize and manage the client's expectations
  • Able to be successful in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under tight time lines to hit project deadlines
  • Experience with Procore, On Screen, and/or Bluebeam
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Offer

  • $125k- $135K
  • bonus structure
