Title: Music Research AnalystLocation: New York (onsite)Duration: 12 monthsCompensation: $25-$35Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.Job Description: We are seeking a Music Content Operations Research Analyst to support global operations functions for music labels. Candidates will be data driven and flexible to frequent changes. They are expected to think creatively about ambiguous issues and are passionate about problem-solving. They will also be able to work successfully across teams and regions.Responsibilities• Manage day to day ongoing operations with the North American music label partners• Develop and provide scalable solutions for issue identification and resolution• Communication with partners with regards to data delivery and data validation, including general documentation• Develop an understanding on music rights management products and how they are being used across constituent groups Top 3 must-have HARD skills:1 A strong music background, preferably someone that has worked at a music label in the past or even distributors2 Experience within a technical operations team. Using SQL or any Query work3 Excellent communication skills both internally and externallyGood to have skills:1 Good understanding of music copyright and licensing2 Experience of working within digital rights management products for companies like YouTube or Meta3 If they've had a job at a publisher or a label for at least a yearOur benefits package includes:
