As a Music Teacher, you willbe responsible forteaching music lessons to students according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum. You will work to increase student count ensuring each student continues to grow, develop, and enjoys playing music all while nurturing our culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect.

As a Music Teacher, you willimpact:

Store Culture&Excellence:

• Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule andretainstudent headcount based off the needs of the community
• Teachstudentsutilizingthe Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum
• Assist with Customer service as needed, helping to build andmaintainlong term students by creatinga great experience

• Additionalduties as assigned

Student&Parent Partnership:

• Partner with all students and families through frequent communication, building trusting relationships, and embracing the knowledge parents have as their child's Music Teacher
• Communicate with students and/or parents of students on progress of each student
• Share students and/or parents' goals and progressfrequently

Requirements:

• Previousexperience in Music, Education, or related field
• Ability to teach the instrument that they are proficient in such as Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.
• Skilled ability todemonstratecompetency andproficiencyin the area they will be teaching
