Mystery Shopper - Insight Global : Job Details

Insight Global is looking for Mystery Shoppers to join a price auditing project in Orlando, FL. The client is a premier mystery shopping company that helps businesses improve their customer experience and ROI. We are looking for individuals that are comfortable being discrete while shopping in the store and using their smartphone with a working camera for the project. The Mystery Shoppers will be assigned a different aisle each week and are required to scan all unique items on their given aisle. Assignments will be sent every Monday and are due every Sunday. Training will be provided by the client.

Must Haves:

• A working smartphone with a fully functioning camera
• Excellent observational and analytical skills
• Comfortable blending in as a regular customer and remaining discrete during the project
• Familiarity with market research and customer service standards
• Eligible to pass background check

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a mystery shopper/store auditor
