Job DetailsJob LocationPosse National / New York - New York, NYSalary Range$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 Salary/yearDescriptionThe primary responsibility of this position is national oversight of Posse's Career Program. The director will work with the president, chief operating officer, and associate vice president to develop national policy, strategy, curriculum and goals. The director will also collaborate with site directors and local career program managers in each Posse city/program to ensure high quality delivery of career programming locally. The position serves as the national point person for the coordination of a growing network of national partnerships and activity development for the Career program. The National Director of Career Programs will partner and collaborate with the National Director of Alumni Programs and the National Director of Graduate + Fellowship Programs to ensure consistent and integrated career programming for Scholars and alumni. The National Director will also use data and build systems to track progress and measure the success of the career program. A career and alumni program associate reports to this position. The National Director of Career Programs reports directly to the associate vice president and will work at Posse's headquarters in NYC.Qualifications

• String experience in building and managing external partnerships
• Strong experience with project development and implementation
• Experience developing and leading staff development workshops
• Experience with staff supervision skills
• Event planning experience preferred
• Strong presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Track record as a strong and inspiring leader
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Self-motivated
• Graduate degree a plus
• Knowledge of higher education access and career development fields
• Willing to travel (travel will include site visits, campus visits and other related travel)
• Demonstrated belief in Posse's mission and values
