Skill: Senior Siebel Admin
- Experience in installation, upgrade and configuring enterprise scale Oracle Siebel Servers ( IP2023 and later), including Siebel Tools and Developer Web Client Installation and configuration.
- Experience in installing hot fixes, patches from Oracle.
- Experience in Application Deployment ( LOV, Repository, Web Services etc).
- Good Understanding of Siebel Architecture and server component parameters.
- Hands on Experience in building batch scripts and automation for EIM Process.
- Support, Maintain and Administrator multiple Siebel Environments.
- Configure and administration setup for Open UI, Experience with Oracle's Siebel CRM Financial Services IP 2023.
- Troubleshooting on Siebel server and end user for crashes, root cause analysis for outage.
- Experience handling user issues with data and providing effective solution for resolution.
- Experience in system and performance monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of a clustered, highly available, interactive Siebel enterprise system.
- Experience in migration of Oracle Siebel CRM IP 2023 enterprise applications in a clustered environment, using a SQL Server Database.
- Experience with daily health check monitoring including but not limited to RCR, EIM, EAI Exception queue and other event and resource monitoring.
- Experience automating Administrative functions to help increase deployment process time.
- Total work Experience in IT industry : 10+ Years.
Nice to have Skillset -
- Proven expertise on Siebel/CRM Platforms with working knowledge in Siebel configuration, and Scripting/Siebel EAI.
- Experience in areas of business analysis, including client interaction, process design, requirements management and functional design.
