Ghostrock, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Navy Nat ETto join our team in San Diego, Ca. Position Responsibilities: Provide technical services representing SWRMC Engineering Department and other duties as assigned. Provide both on-board, and distance-support technical assistance with direct fleet support of a wide variety of equipment and components for surface ships over their extended operating cycle. Provide services as a system and equipment evaluator and/or inspector for major assessments such as INSURV, C5RA and TSRA. Responsible for one or more of the following systems, their operating software and interfaces, and critical sub-system topology: Navigation Systems (IC/NAV) Integrated Bridge Systems (IBNS) Steering Control Console (SCC) Global Positioning System Navigation & Timing Service (GPNTS) Navigation Sensor System Interface (NAVSSI) Ring Laser Gyro Navigator (RLGN) Voyage Management System (VMS)Along with the knowledge of the above systems the technician must have knowledge of: Electronic equipment and systems design and testing concepts, troubleshooting and maintenance theories and practices of hardware and software associated with the specified equipment.Position Requirements: US Citizenship Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret level clearance; person's currently possessing an Active Secret Clearance preferred. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Navy C Schools related to the specific equipment. 6-10 years' work-related experience as a Navy IC/ET. Ability to pass a background check. Ability to pass National Agency Check. Valid US Driver's License. NECs related to the specific equipment.This position is located in San Diego, Ca. The hourly wage for this position is $32.30 - $39.50 based on experience.
